We ship worldwide.

We offer free worldwide shipping for all watch strap purchases over USD250. However, custom duties and taxes that your country might charge are excluded from this. We send out all our parcels from Hong Kong via Fedex depending on the location & availability. You can expect your delivery within 5 to 10 working days from when your item leaves our warehouse.

You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your items to return them for a full refund or exchange. Please note that a refund can only be given if your items are returned unworn in the original packaging.

All of our watch straps come with a two-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the watch strap through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by Heco Watch Straps & Accessories.

Before shipping your return/exchange, please contact us by our customer service email at contact@heco-strap.com, provide the order reference number, and the reason for your return/exchange.

If you do not contact us before shipping, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.

Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse for order processing. Unfortunately, this means your order cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours. You must therefore return your current order to get a refund.
